EVENT TYPE Asia Pacific Conference
ATTENDANCE 35 Delegates
VENUE Rasa Sentosa Resort Singapore

EVENT OVERVIEW

The Singapore conference was attended by delegates from twelve different countries across Asia-Pacific. The event was conceived during the Global Financial Crisis and our brief was to find a destination and venue that was easily accessible, resort style, capable of catering to the variable requirements of the delegates and very cost effective.

WHAT WE DID

We proposed the selected venue, negotiated rates, arranged audio visual, conferencing & production needs, proposed & organised team building, dinners and transfers and ensured the smooth running of the event.

The Rasa Sentosa Resort Singapore provided the perfect meeting venue. Delegates flew in from all over Asia & joined us to officially launch the conference at a welcome function overlooking the beautiful South China Sea. Everyone really got to know each other at the end of the next day’s session when they were divided into teams & set out on a Multi-Sensory Singapore "Sight, sound, smell, feel and taste" experience. Our sleuths ended their journey at the Terracotta warriors which flank the entrance to the Forbidden City. Two more full day’s sessions & the conference concluded with a Barefoot & Blacktie Gala dinner on spectacular Siloso Beach.

OUR CLIENT SAID...

When choosing to work with Creative Conferences & Events again, for ELGA LabWater's 2009 Asia-Pacific Conference in Singapore, expectations were high. We had been delighted with the results from our 2004 conference in Sydney but were now expecting a larger group in Singapore. We need not have been concerned. Creative Conferences and Events' clearly understood the overall ambience we wished to create and guided us through the bewildering array of hotels in Singapore to a great choice at a surprisingly good rate. Attention to detail, whether in the production of conference name badges, tracking international arrivals, arranging special dietary needs and the on-going liaison with the hotel's conference team was superb.

Our delegates from twelve countries across Asia-Pacific had many unique requirements, all of which had been identified and catered for before their arrival.
